He married Elsie "Florence" Packenham Fort Scott, Bourbon County, KS, July 1908. Elsie was born in Mt. Pleasant, IA October 2, 1892. Elsie died May 6, 1930 in Encino, NM, at 37 years of age. Her body was interred in Encino, NM.

Charles "Harmon" Catt and Elsie "Florence" Packenham had the following children:
