He married Nancy Alice Wells. Nancy was born Fort Scott, Bourbon County, KS November 1860. Nancy died September 1929 in Encino, NM, at 68 years of age. Her body was interred in East of Fort Scott, Bourbon County, KS, Lathe Branch Cemetery.

Her body was interred Frederick, Tillman County, OK, Frederick Memorial Cemetery. She married Jacob Earl Wilson in Ft. Scott, Bourbon County, KS, July 20. 1906. Jacob was born in Ft. Scott, Bourbon County, KS July 20, 1885. Jacob was the son of Mahlon Jacob Wilson and Clarissa Elena Speers. Jacob died June 24, 1962 Frederick, Tillman County, OK, at 76 years of age.
