He married twice. He married Rachel "Rae" Mae Norwood May 13, 1939. Rachel was born in OK December 8, 1919. Rachel died September 1992 in TX, at 72 years of age. He married Erma Mae Sutton Amarillo, Potter County, TX, March 22, 1949. Erma was born in Happy, Randall County, TX June 1, 1922. Erma was the daughter of Charles Sutton and Lue Wesley. Erma died June 7, 1997 Amarillo, Potter County, TX, at 75 years of age.
