He married Noal Bee Murphy Amarillo, Potter County, TX, June 24, 1934. Noal was born March 8, 1911. Noal was the daughter of Joe Murphy and Mary. Noal died September 23, 1987 Amarillo, Potter County, TX, at 76 years of age.
Leland Howard Boyd and Noal Bee Murphy had the following children:
