21. "Rev. J.V."James Verner⁴ Bowman (Thomas Fletcher³, James W.², James M.¹) was born in Cooke County, TX August 11, 1889. "Rev. died September 17, 1971 in Snyder, Kiowa County, OK, at 82 years of age. His body was interred in Mountain Park, Kiowa County, OK, Mountain Park Cemetery.

He married Sarah "Eva" Evalina Moore in Putnam, Dewey County, OK, November 22, 1911. Sarah was born in Gainsville, Cooke County, TX November 17, 1893. Sarah was the daughter of George Washington Moore and Barton Louise Kelly. Sarah died May 26, 1988 Altus, Jackson County, OK, at 94 years of age. Her body was interred in Mountain Park, Kiowa County, OK, Mountain Park Cemetery.

45 i. Burdeen Omega⁵ Bowman was born in Butler, Custer County, OK February 27, 1914. Burdeen died February 25, 1991 in Lawton, Commache County, OK, at 76 years of age. Her body was interred in Mountain Park, Kiowa County, OK, Mountain Park Cemetery. She married Joseph Robert "Jay" Smith in Hobart, Kiowa County, OK, December 21, 1929. Joseph was born in Hinton, Caddo County, OK July 18, 1909. Joseph was the son of Robert Smith and Nannie J. Mace. Joseph died February 11, 1968 in Snyder, Kiowa County, OK, at 58 years of age. 46 ii. Bonita Bowman was born May 29, 1918. Bonita died June 24, 1998 in Snyder, Kiowa County, OK, at 80 years of age. She married Ralph Davis. (See Ralph Davis for the continuation of this line.)
