1. Nimrod¹ Utterback⁽¹⁹¹⁾ was born in Johnson County, Indiana November 25, 1840. Nimrod died May 1, 1900 in Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa, at 59 years of age.⁽¹⁹²⁾ His body was interred May 2, 1900 in Pennington Cemetery, Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa.

He married Cyrena Tygart in Keokuk County, Iowa, May 20, 1862.⁽¹⁹³⁾ Cyrena was born in Hancock County, Indiana November 9, 1843.⁽¹⁹⁴⁾ Cyrena⁽¹⁹⁵⁾ was the daughter of Andrew Tygart and Mary Catt. Cyrena died November 10, 1901 in Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa, at 58 years of age.⁽¹⁹⁶⁾ Her body was interred November 12, 1901 in Pennington Cemetery, Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa.

Nimrod Utterback and Cyrena Tygart had the following children:

+ 2 i. Elliot Edwin² Utterback was born April 1864.

3 ii. Albert Edson Utterback⁽¹⁹⁷⁾ was born in Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa June 1866.

4 iii. Allie Leu Elsie Utterback⁽¹⁹⁸⁾ was born in Warren Twp., Keokuk, Iowa about 1869.⁽¹⁹⁹⁾ She married ? Cornwell.

+ 5 iv. Frank Utterback was born July 1871.

6 v. William Elmer Utterback⁽²⁰⁰⁾ was born in Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa July 1876. He married Alice O. Utterback in Keokuk County, Iowa, 1899. Alice was born in Kansas October 1871.

7 vi. Corbin Udella Utterback⁽²⁰¹⁾ was born in Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa January 1879.
