2. James Luther Sr.2 Gambrell (George Washington1 Grambrell) was born in Keene, Johnson County, TX June 23, 1888. James died March 2, 1952 in Sentinel, OK, at 63 years of age.
He married twice. He married Clara Armstrong in Montague County, TX, May 1, 1910. Clara was born in TX August 9, 1892. Clara was the daughter of Issac Armstrong and Adeline Armstrong. Clara died February 26, 1920 in Dill City, Washita County, OK, at 27 years of age. He married Homer Alberta "Bertie" Wheeler in Dill City, Washita County, OK, July 30, 1921. Homer was born in Alvoid, Wise County, TX May 8, 1892. Homer was the daughter of Thomas Marion Wheeler and Eliza Isabell Moore. Homer died November 14, 1968 in Cordell, Washita County, OK, at 76 years of age.

7, 1908. Cecil died December 14, 1992 in Lubbock, TX, at 84 years of age.
