1. Charles M.¹ Ramey⁽⁴⁵⁾ was born in Peoria, Peoria, Illinois October 29, 1872. Charles died April 6, 1943 in Mount Pleasant, Henry, Iowa, at 70 years of age. His body was interred April 8, 1943 in Pennington Cemetery, Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa.

He married Lillian Florence Tygart in Keokuk County, Iowa, January 1, 1894.⁽⁴⁶⁾ Lillian was born in Warren Twp., Keokuk, Iowa January 8, 1874. Lillian⁽⁴⁷⁾ was the daughter of Joseph Hiram Tygart and Sarah C. Lippard. Lillian died August 30, 1961 in Sigourney, Keokuk, Iowa, at 87 years of age. Her body was interred September 1, 1961 in Pennington Cemetery, Lancaster Twp., Keokuk, Iowa.

Charles M. Ramey and Lillian Florence Tygart had the following children:
