1. Willis I.¹ Lee⁽³¹⁾ was born in Sigourney, Keokuk, Iowa August 6, 1864. Willis died August 4, 1925 in Haybro Mine, Oak Creek, Routt, Colorado, at 60 years of age.

He married Iowa Tygart in Sigourney, Keokuk, Iowa, April 24, 1881.⁽³²⁾ Iowa was born in Warren Twp., Keokuk, Iowa February 1861.⁽³³⁾ Iowa⁽³⁴⁾ was the daughter of Andrew Tygart and Mary Catt. Iowa died after August 1925 in Colorado ?.

Willis's occupation: occupation unknown in Farmer, Rancher, Railroad Section Foreman, Watchman. Willis was elected in Deuel County Nebraska Commissi, January 15, 1889.

Willis I. Lee and Iowa Tygart had the following children:
