He married Dovie Malverta Moore November 21, 1912. Dovie was born in Indian Territory OK April 1, 1895. Dovie was the daughter of George Elza Moore and Mary Ellen Kelly. Dovie died August 3, 1974 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, OK, at 79 years of age. Her body was interred in Sentinel, Washita County, OK.

8 vi. Louise Ballard was born May 26, 1926. Louise died December 30, 1996 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, OK, at 70 years of age. She married Dee Fuller 1946.
