2. Isaac Jones "I.J."² Witten (Frank¹) was born in Wilson, Carter County, OK January 26, 1914. Isaac died March 19, 1988 in Midwest City, Oklahoma County, OK, at 74 years of age. His body was interred in Putnam, Dewey County, OK, Prairie Bell Cemetery.

He married Mevalene J. Haggard in Aledo, Dewey County, OK, 1937. Mevalene is the daughter of Perry Cleveland Haggard and Mary Catherine Bowman.
