1. Thomas B.1 Gillispie was born in VA June 10, 1835. Thomas died July 27, 1867 in Linn Co, MO, at 32 years of age. His body was interred in Smith Cemetery, Linn Co, MO.
He married Margaret Jane Young in Sullivan Co, MO, March 15, 1853. Margaret was born in VA February 14, 1838. Margaret was the daughter of Richard Young and Mary E. Smith. Margaret died February 12, 1915 in MO, at 76 years of age. Her body was interred in Smith Cemetery, Linn Co, MO.
He was listed as a resident in the census report in Sullivan Co, MO, 1860.
Thomas B. Gillispie and Margaret Jane Young had the following children:
