2 i. Carolyn Elizabeth² Hartshorne was born in Paris, France February 4, 1910. Carolyn died January 10, 1995 in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County, CA, at 84 years of age. She married Austin Adrian Hinshaw in Walnut Creek, CA, July 30, 1948. Austin was born in Eureka, Humboldt County, CA May 7, 1914. Austin is the son of Leroy Austin Hinshaw and Alta Alameda Taylor.
