1. Dwight Monroe¹ Newton was born in IL November 19, 1862. Dwight died September 8, 1954 in San Gabriel, Los Angeles County, CA, at 91 years of age.

He married Dosia "Dot" Imoe Wilson in Mt. Vernon, Lawrence County, MO, October 26, 1898. Dosia was born in Ft. Scott, Bourbon County, KS October 18, 1868. Dosia was the daughter of Marion Stacy Wilson and Mary Emily Hobson. Dosia died September 9, 1961 in Glendale, Los Angeles County, CA, at 92 years of age.

Dwight Monroe Newton and Dosia "Dot" Imoe Wilson had the following children:

2 i. Imoe Mary² Newton was born in Pocatello, Bannock County, ID. Imoe died in ID ?.

+ 3 ii. Glenn Everette Newton was born December 2, 1901.

4 iii. Dixon Dwight Newton was born in Pocatello, Bannock County, ID May 24, 1904. Dixon died 1918 in Ogden, UT, at 14 years of age.

5 iv. Dosia Opal Newton (living status unknown).
