He married Bernice Montgomery. Bernice was born in Dorrance, Russell, Ks August 13, 1908. Bernice was the daughter of William Howard Montgomery and Carrie Edna Simpson. Bernice died October 10, 1995 at 87 years of age.

Victor De_vore and Bernice Montgomery had the following children:
