He married Oma Bernice Hall. Oma was born in Ranger, TX August 3, 1921.  Oma was the daughter of Elmer Bunyan Hall and Nancy Ann Keener. Oma died July 12, 2006 in Denton, TX, at 84 years of age. Her body was interred July 15, 2006 in Cisco, TX, Oakwood Cementery.

William Thurman Mosley and Oma Bernice Hall had the following children:

3 ii. Barbara Maurice Mosley (still alive).

4 iii. Francis D'Ann Mosley (still alive).

5 iv. Tuleta Verle Mosley (still alive).

6 v. Paula Clarice Mosley was born March 30, 1953. She married an unknown person.
